The hotel had wonderful pillows and mattress in the rooms, but there was a bit of a moldy smell and high humidity at times. The pool area could get noisy with music. However, the service was excellent, offering car hire and housekeeping. The location was ideal if you want to be near the ADO bus stop, with plenty of cafes and bars around. The dining experience was amazing, although simple. Overall, a cool place with hammocks for relaxing.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning, but noise from nearby machinery can be bothersome at night. The shared kitchen could use some extra cleaning. Despite the dorm setup, the rooms provide enough space for a comfortable stay. The hotel's convenient location makes it ideal for excursions and easy access to transportation.

Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a lively party atmosphere in the hotel, but the presence of numerous mosquitoes was a drawback. The rooms sported a chic minimalistic style though I encountered some insects right underneath the bed.

The service offered was decent, but with some room for improvement. The atmosphere of the location was enjoyable, though not as lively as expected. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were huge and well-cleaned, with large rustic bathrooms that I loved. I totally recommend it and will definitely be coming back for sure!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with a huge bathroom and a super comfy bed. The staff provided top-notch service, including car hire and shuttle services, making my trip hassle-free. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main bus station and close to various attractions. The dining options were delicious, especially the individual scrambled eggs omelette. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this hotel offers incredible value for money and a wonderful experience overall.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the Jager room I stayed in was right in front of a noisy bar making it impossible to sleep, and the shared kitchen could have been cleaner after three weeks of backpacking, the location was good for catching buses to downtown Cancun and the beach. The rooms were unfortunately located near a boiler that was very loud at night, and the stairs between the bar and swimming pool were inconvenient due to the sand, gravel, and multiple steps.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a flat-screen TV and en suite, but unfortunately, they were very noisy, and I could hear everything happening in the courtyard and hallway. The demi-pension included in the private rooms was a nice touch.
