Reviews and Ratings
This hotel had a great comfortable bed, clean and spacious rooms, but was full of mosquitos. The service was very unpleasant in a sarcastic manner. However, the location was recommended especially for offering a variety of activities and being super helpful. The dining experience was described as a joke. The facilities were not specified.
When we arrived, there was a nice party going on, and the room was wonderful with no complaints. However, it did have a slight smell of damp and only one small window, but overall, it's a really beautiful hotel.
I stayed in a 6-bed dorm room that was very clean and comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep away from noisy areas. However, the room had a bit of a moisty smell and lacked a window to look out. The hotel had convenient stairs connecting the bar and swimming pool.
I had an amazing stay from 09/22/2015 to 09/27-2015 at this hotel. The rooms totally exceeded my expectations; they were really nice and clean. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to buses, shops, and restaurants, with a nice garden and friendly and helpful staff. The dining was simple but sufficient, offering peanut butter and bread. Overall, it was a very good experience with some minor room for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms had a cozy hacienda feeling and were nicely put together. The air conditioning made it very comfortable. The service was excellent, with options for car hire and tours available. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ADO Bus station and surrounded by great local restaurants and supermarkets. The dining experience was good, especially the home-made bread. Overall, a great value for the price.
The hotel had wonderful pillows and mattress in the rooms, but there was a bit of a moldy smell and high humidity at times. The pool area could get noisy with music. However, the service was excellent, offering car hire and housekeeping. The location was ideal if you want to be near the ADO bus stop, with plenty of cafes and bars around. The dining experience was amazing, although simple. Overall, a cool place with hammocks for relaxing.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning, but noise from nearby machinery can be bothersome at night. The shared kitchen could use some extra cleaning. Despite the dorm setup, the rooms provide enough space for a comfortable stay. The hotel's convenient location makes it ideal for excursions and easy access to transportation.
Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a lively party atmosphere in the hotel, but the presence of numerous mosquitoes was a drawback. The rooms sported a chic minimalistic style though I encountered some insects right underneath the bed.
The hotel's rooms were clean and big enough, with lockable closets for a big backpack, albeit with a bit of a musty smell. It's conveniently located 10 minutes on foot from the main bus station. The service offered was decent, but with some room for improvement. The atmosphere of the location was enjoyable, though not as lively as expected. Dining options were basic, but the affordability made up for it.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were huge and well-cleaned, with large rustic bathrooms that I loved. I totally recommend it and will definitely be coming back for sure!
The hostel offers clean rooms with everything you need, but the night noise from a nearby boiler can be disturbing. The shared kitchen could be cleaner. The lively indoor space with a full bar and friendly travelers is a plus for socializing, but noise might be an issue for light sleepers.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with a huge bathroom and a super comfy bed. The staff provided top-notch service, including car hire and shuttle services, making my trip hassle-free. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main bus station and close to various attractions. The dining options were delicious, especially the individual scrambled eggs omelette. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this hotel offers incredible value for money and a wonderful experience overall.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the Jager room I stayed in was right in front of a noisy bar making it impossible to sleep, and the shared kitchen could have been cleaner after three weeks of backpacking, the location was good for catching buses to downtown Cancun and the beach. The rooms were unfortunately located near a boiler that was very loud at night, and the stairs between the bar and swimming pool were inconvenient due to the sand, gravel, and multiple steps.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with plenty of storage space, clean and comfortable beds, but lacks toiletries. The noise from a nearby boiler can be disruptive during the night. The location is excellent for accessing buses to the beaches and downtown Cancun. The dining experience is good value for money, with delicious food served by friendly kitchen staff.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a flat-screen TV and en suite, but unfortunately, they were very noisy, and I could hear everything happening in the courtyard and hallway. The demi-pension included in the private rooms was a nice touch.
